We stand behind the products we offer at Better Breathing with a complete refund policy. While we're confident in the effectiveness of our mouth tape, we understand that individual experiences may vary. All we ask is that you give it a couple weeks, at the least, as it takes a few tries to get used to! If you still find yourself less than satisfied, simply return your purchase within 45 days of receiving your package for a prompt refund. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that while we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee to test out the benefits of Better Breathing Mouth Tape risk-free, return shipping costs may be charged (see Important Note below for more details).

How to Return:

We want to make the return process as simple as possible for you. Follow these steps to return your purchase and receive a full refund:

  1. Sign In To Your Account: Go to the customer account login page (https://account.betterbreathingtape.comand enter in the email you used to place your order. Then, enter the one-time code sent to your email to complete the login.
  2. Request Return: Find and click on the order you'd like to return. Then, click on the "Request Return" button on the top-right hand corner. Complete the form and finalize your request.  We also welcome any feedback on how we can improve our product to better serve you!
  3. Receive Pre-paid Return Label: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return label.
  4. Package Your Return: Ensure that the product is securely packaged with the return label properly attached.
  5. Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
  6. Initiate Your Refund: Once we receive your return package, we will send a confirmation email and promptly initiate the full refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from orders over $30. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Important Note:

We reserve the right to deny returns or charge for return shipping fees if we suspect abuse of our return policy, including but not limited to:

  • Placing multiple orders of the same product and returning them in a pattern that suggests intent other than genuine dissatisfaction.
  • Failing to return items after a return label has been provided.
  • Returning products that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine their suitability.
  • Attempting to return items after the 45-day return period has expired.
  • Failing to cancel an active subscription plan. If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you are responsible for canceling it before additional orders are processed.
    • Returning any subscription orders beyond the first order. In order to qualify for a refund, customers must return such products and pay a $10 refund deduction to cover shipping costs (to and back).
  • Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Returning items not purchased directly from Better Breathing.
  • Returning courtesy replacement orders.
  • Returning items without including any free gifts received as part of the order. All gifts must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
